Your Journey to Grace Academy

Choosing the right school is an important decision for your family. Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know you and your student while giving you the opportunity to determine whether Grace Academy is the right fit.

We encourage prospective families to attend an Information Session before applying, though attendance is not required.

Before You Apply

As a Christian school committed to partnering with families, Grace Academy requires at least one parent to profess faith in Christ and be actively involved in a local church. Both parents are asked to affirm their agreement with the school's Mission Statement and Statement of Faith during the enrollment process.

Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by August 31 of the enrollment year.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

As part of the online application through FACTS, families will be asked to provide:

Pastor Recommendation: All new families must provide the name and email address of a pastor or member of their church's pastoral staff who can speak to their family's church involvement.

Teacher Recommendation & Academic Records: Students transferring from another school, excluding kindergarten applicants, must provide a current teacher recommendation and academic records.

Homeschool Applicants: Families must submit a list of curriculum by subject, current grades or other academic assessments, and standardized test scores.

We encourage families to notify their pastor and, when applicable, their child's current teacher before applying. Applications are considered complete once all required recommendations and documentation have been received.

The Admissions Process

1. Submit an Application

Complete our online application through FACTS. Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application and contact you regarding next steps. A non-refundable application fee of $75 per student is due at the time of submission.

2. Student Assessment

Following the initial application review, students will complete an age-appropriate academic assessment. This helps us better understand each student's academic readiness and learning needs.

3. Family Interview

Parents will meet with school leadership to discuss their educational goals, expectations, and partnership with Grace Academy.

Students transferring into grades 7–12 will also participate in a student interview.

4. Admissions Decision

Following the completion of the admissions process, families will be notified of the school's admissions decision and provided with next steps for enrollment.
