Choosing a school is an important decision, and we know families have questions. We've answered some of the most common ones below to help you learn more about Grace Academy.

Getting to Know Grace Academy

Grace Academy combines a classical Christian education with a collaborative model that brings together the strengths of classroom instruction and learning at home. Students benefit from intentional teaching, a rich academic program, and meaningful parent involvement while enjoying greater flexibility in their weekly schedules.

Students in kindergarten through sixth grade attend classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Students in seventh grade and above attend Monday through Thursday. On home-learning days, students complete assignments designed to reinforce and extend classroom instruction.

Extended Learning is available for families who desire additional on-campus days.

No. Unlike some collaborative schools, Grace Academy teachers provide all new academic instruction in the classroom. On home-learning days, parents help students complete assignments, practice skills, and reinforce concepts already introduced at school. The level of support needed varies by grade and student independence.

Grace Academy does not require a traditional school uniform or purchases from a designated uniform vendor. However, we do maintain a uniform-style dress code with specific guidelines for clothing colors and styles. This approach provides consistency in student appearance while allowing families flexibility in where they purchase clothing.

Families can review our [Dress Code Guidelines] for specific requirements.

Not at all! Our model is designed for parents from a variety of backgrounds. Teachers provide the instruction, assignments, and guidance needed to support learning at home. We ask parents to be engaged, organized, and committed to partnering with their child's teachers.

Admissions & Enrollment

We strongly encourage prospective families to attend an Information Session to learn more about Grace Academy. Families may then apply online through FACTS. The admissions process includes an academic assessment, a parent interview, and, for students transferring into grades 7–12, a student interview.

Faith & School Life

As a Christian school, Grace Academy seeks to partner with families who share our commitment to raising children in the Christian faith. We require at least one parent to be a professing Christian and actively involved in a local church.

As part of the enrollment process, both parents are asked to affirm their agreement with Grace Academy's Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and Position Statements.
