Re-Enrollment Process

 

Re-Enrollment Fee

Current GA families with returning students will pay a $100 Re-enrollment Fee per family each year. This fee is waived if BOTH the complete re-enrollment application packages and the 10% non-refundable tuition deposit are received in the school office by March 15.

Current GA Students

Classical Curriculum with or without Extended Learning – please complete these forms found at the links at the bottom of this page:

  1. Re-Enrollment Form – per student
  2. Photo and Directory Information Release – per family
  3. Medical History and Emergency Information Form – per student
  4. Peanut Aware Policy – per family
  5. Updated Immunization Form (from Family Physician) – per student who has turned 12 in this school year

Send these forms to the school office with a non-refundable tuition deposit of 10% of tuition, beginning February 1. The balance of tuition will then be billed for nine months beginning June 1.

Re-enrolling students receive priority for admission over new students as long as all re-enrollment forms and 10% tuition deposit are received in the school office by March 15. Applications are not considered complete until all required documents are submitted and the 10% tuition deposit.

Siblings of Current GA Students

Classical Curriculum with or without Extended Learning – please submit the application package outlined under the Enrollment Process link for new students, including the application fee.  You will NOT need to complete another Financial Agreement (one per family), Photo and Directory Information Release (one per family), Pastor Recommendation Form (one per family), or Family Interview.

The application package for siblings of current GA students may be submitted beginning February 1 and will receive priority for admission over new students as long as all enrollment forms and tuition deposit are received in the school office by March 15.  Enrollment deposits for siblings are not due until they are officially accepted.

Summary of Key Dates

February 1 – Re-Enrollment opens for returning students and enrollment opens for siblings of current GA students.

March 15 – Priority enrollment period for current GA students and their siblings ends. Re-Enrollment fee of $100 is waived if all forms AND deposit are received in the GA office by this date.

June 1 – Balance of tuition is billed from June through February.
